In addition to our Management Accounting service, we also prepare year end accounts for audit exempt companies, in the format required, to meet the requirements of the Companies Registration Office. Our experts have years of experience in carrying out company year end accounts in Dublin.
Our Accounting Capabilities
We are extremely price competitive in year end accounts and all accounting services in Dublin. Our prices start as low as €1,500 + vat for companies who have carried out all of their processing themselves, and really just want an external person to review their figures, and check them to ensure all is correct. We then prepare the statutory abridged and full accounts and B1 and we file all electronically in the CRO as part of our accounting services.
Size Exemption
The size exemption does not apply to Public Limited or Public Unlimited companies. Small sized companies may be exempted from the full extent of the requirements relating to annual Financial Statements in respect of any financial year if in respect of that year and the financial year immediately preceding that year the company satisfies two of the three following conditions:
- Its turnover must be less than €12m
- Its Balance Sheet must be less than €6m
- It must have less than 50 employees
Many Irish companies qualify for this exemption, yet are unaware of it, and are still paying higher fees to Auditors to have the accounts audited. If you wish to receive a quotation for audit exempt accounts please contact Niall in Guardian niall@guardianma.ie
