The Rick Higgins & Friends BBQ Block Party for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland

Tony Higgins butchers was one of our very first clients over 20 years ago. When Tony retired (2016), his son Rick Higgins ventured out on his own with Higgins Family Butchers, and today is an award winning butcher based at Sutton Cross, where the family business is in its 4th generation. Sadly, Tony has succumbed to Alzheimers, so Rick has organised a fund raising day on 20th July in the Marine Hotel, Sutton. Top chefs including Donal Skehan, Mark Moriarty and Michelin Star Chef, Mike Tweedie, will be giving lessons on how to BBQ. All funds raised here will go directly to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
